Oregon Doula Association Affiliates and Supporters,

The Oregon Doula Association's Board of Directors met this quarter for the first time, gathering together to continue to work on behalf of Oregon doulas, families, and our communities at-large. The energy and enthusiasm in the room was palpable, as board members shared their skills and experience while collaborating on visioning and actions for this historic association.

The ODA is actively working on organizational development, policy change and community outreach. We will be sending updates and keeping you informed of relevant information and opportunities for direct involvement.

Things to look out for and look forward to:
-New opportunities to join ODA committees: The ODA will be reaching out to old and new supporters to work together on specific projects. Descriptions of committees and contact information will be posted soon.
-ODA website and resource pages
-Future ODA membership and benefits
-ODA Quarterly Newsletter
-ODA Thursday Trusty Tips will be regularly sent via email with little tidbits of up to date doula related actions and information.
